citizenM Schiphol Airport

Location to the airport was very convenient for our short stay. The morning breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very modern in its use of technology both in the check in and how the room was laid out and in the use of an iPad yet it was user friendly

Close to the airport. Easy check-in/out. Comfortable and convenient room. Giant bed with comfortable (and of varying firmness) pillows. Really nice shower. Really nice room environmental controls. Really friendly staff. Great coffee. Free fruit. Great, easy and free WiFi. Just generally great amenities.

Awesome how easy it is to go to schiphol from here. Was raining and you can get a free umbrella, yiu cna borrow for 48 hours. As well dat you can do a self-check in. Very easy going. Room is small, but perfect for just a night. You can choose which room and on which floor you would like to have. Chose the airplane view. Rooms are soundproof, so no problem with the noise vs sleeping. Other then that it has nice features with the lights and tv.

citizenM was perfect for our 18-hour layover in Amsterdam. It's a 2-minute walk from the terminal! Not only was the hotel convenient to the Schiphol airport and downtown, but it was spotless and well appointed. But what really makes citizenM exceptional is its staff. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, and a few went out of their way to be kind. I accidentally left my cell phone in my room when I checked out, and one of the crew members ran to the airport to see if she could catch me! Unfortunately, she had no way of knowing how to reach me and it was time to board when I discovered that my phone was missing. When I borrowed a phone to call the hotel front desk, they promised to either hold it for me or ship it to the destination of my choice. Since I was moving around so much on my trip, I requested that they keep it so that I could (hopefully!) pick it up on my way back through Amsterdam. I was overjoyed when the stars aligned, and I was able to pick up my phone three weeks later. I wish I had the names of the team members who helped - and there were several - but this information is on the phone I borrowed for my trip. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism more than I can say. My groups will definitely stay at citizenM again!

This capsule airport hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. It is a very short, mostly covered walk from the terminal. The beds, as at most Citizen Ms, are super duper comfortable. The sound proofing works great and you can see the runways from the side that looks at the airport. If you like just hanging out in bed while you prepare to fly, this is the place!
