The hotel was quirky with a lovely atmosphere and very helpful personable staff who went out of their way to help. The bedrooms are small...so if you have lots of luggage that might be a problem, we only had hand luggage. The room was very clean and had everything you needed ..the pod bathroom was not an issue for us! The bed was very comfortable although only acessable from 1 side. It was huge though and you could probably sleep sideways on! It's proximity to Schipol Airport was fantastic literally 5 minutes walk from the terminal. The breakfast was exceptional and all you could eat! We really liked the 'living rooms' in the communal area downstairs. It had a really homely feel with sofa's TV's and games, a great place to relax with your travelling companions. It made up for the small bedrooms, and gave you somewhere to 'stretch out'. I would recommend this place

Very conveniently located so close to the terminal, just a few minutes really. The airport trolleys can be used and wheeled all the way to the hotel First impression was great. A comfortable hotel with modern vibes. Check in/check out very straightforward Staff very friendly throughout. Rooms are well laid out and soundproof. Bed is very comfortable Food excellent at the "canteen", reasonably priced and very tasty Breakfast is a buffet with plenty to choose from!

I've been using this hotel for the past 12 years, super convenient for an AMS stop over or short city break but if you want to stay central, try the other branch but for me, to have access to the airport for early flights is amazing. Staff, staff, staff.....these guys/girls make ALL the difference, amazing team!

Walking distance from the airport, modern self-check-in (with staff support, if needed), comfortable, with all amenities, fairly easy to use room control system (via iPad).

Location to the airport was very convenient for our short stay. The morning breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was very modern in its use of technology both in the check in and how the room was laid out and in the use of an iPad yet it was user friendly

I like the fact that it walking distance from the airport. Me and my wife had never been to that particular airport before. We’re actually from the US so we were totally lost. I chose the closest hotel and to the airport because we had a 15 hr layover. The staff was amazing. They greeted us and really made the check in real easy. She let us know about all the amenities. Food and how the iPad works the whole room. Grade A service in my opinion. Also recommended the all you can eat breakfast in the morning that was pretty good. They also serve food all night by the way. So it was a short but much needed stay for our layover before our 8 hr flight back to the US. Thank you all so much.

A comfortable stay, the rooms are ok in terms of space, the bed was very comfortable and big! It is all techy, which means you can control everything in the room with a tablet. We needed help at the checkin and there was a staff member happy to support. The hotel is 3/5 min walking distance from the airport which is super convenient if you arrive late or have an early flight, and with the train station at the airport, there are trains every 5 minutes to the center of amsterdam.

Close to the airport. Easy check-in/out. Comfortable and convenient room. Giant bed with comfortable (and of varying firmness) pillows. Really nice shower. Really nice room environmental controls. Really friendly staff. Great coffee. Free fruit. Great, easy and free WiFi. Just generally great amenities.

We recently stayed at Citizen M near the airport and had an excellent experience overall. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a quick stay before our flight. One of the highlights was that they allowed us to check in early, which was a huge convenience after a long journey. If you’re looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay close to the airport and don’t mind paying a little extra, Citizen M is a great choice.
